Summary: Configurable Toolbar Icon Display
Initial Comment:
Toolbar icons were disabled in mid-March because they
weren't always immediately intuitive to beginning
users. They do make the interface look significantly
more professional, though, so it would be nice to have
the icons be a configurable option. (Text only vs.
Icons and Text vs. Icons only).
