Summary: Improve Find/Replace Focus
Initial Comment:
When using find/replace multiple times, the "find" field
doesn't always get the focus. It would be nice to
not only consistently get the focus in the right place,
but have the text automatically highlighted (so that
typing a new term overwrites the old one, but hitting
enter searches for the old one again).
