Summary: Printing in color/bold, etc.
Initial Comment:
It would be cool if comments/keywords/quotes were
highlighted differently in printouts, like in the
editor UI. The method
DefinitionsDocument.getHighlightStatus() gives the
information needed.
This is not important but would be cool. :)
