Summary: Redundant enabling of menu/toolbar items
Initial Comment:
It's best to always enable actions by
Action.setEnabled, rather than JButton.setEnabled and
JMenuItem.setEnabled. Then you only need one call to
set all of them!
I'm going to clean this up.
