Would you like to compile all files and run the specified test? If you click on the "x" to close the popup, the RuntimeException "Invalid returnCode from showConfirmDialog: -1" is thrown which freezes the app. I'm going to go ahead and say that closing the dialog defaults to the user pressing no unless anyone has any objections or thoughts. This apparently stems from the shared code between bookmarks and breakpoints. The same warning occurs when I set *breakpoints* instead of *bookmarks*, and I'm not sure it makes sense then, either. It should only matter that the file is modified if I'm actually running the debugger. If you tab over to the buttons, "Enter" should invoke that button. Since the breakpoints and bookmarks panels inherit from the same base class (RegionTreePanel), and that base class doesn't know what buttons it displays, we have to be able to specify a "default" action for the panels. In both of the current panels that "default" action should be "go to". In these cases, I'm prompted to save my "changes". There's no need to prompt me, as it's obvious there is nothing useful in the document to save. This is part of a more general problem of recognizing when the current edited text is identical to the saved file. We handle it well when the original file state is restored via "undo." I'm not sure it's reasonable to expect the editor to recognize the match when arbitrary edits have occurred.
