#280 "Search All Files" Progress and Abort

When "searching for all files", the program currently
seems to lock up when it takes a while to find the next
match or realize there isn't one.

DrJava should provide feedback about the search
progress, e.g. by displaying the name of the file it is
currently processing, and provide an "Abort" button to
terminate the search.
