#979 Tutorial Videos Using Outdated Tech

The tutorial videos on the website are still using flash, and a lot of web browsers won't run flash any more without jumping through hoops. These days it is preffered to use either HTML 5, or just upload the videos and link them directly and let the browser sort it out.
