Windows: [Shift][Delete] does not put cut text into clipboard
[Shift][Delete] should be equivalent to [Cttrl][X], or Cut under Windows. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cut,_copy,_and_paste#Common_keyboard_shortcuts)
