#950 Scaling issues in high resolution

Hey im a first year college student. My laptop runs in a 3200*1800 resolution, instead of the regular 1080 or 720 resolution. So in this resolution Drjava scales weird and everything is super super tiny!!! If you could please fix the code so that Java scales properly in abnormal resolutions that would be greatly appreciated!
