#83 can't always cut light blue highlighting

I can't get a repeatable context for this, but a few times
today, using the stable release with XP, I've highlighted
a word with a double click or drag and then been unable
to cut it. I do the highlighting a second time and it
works. Sorry I can't be of more help, but perhaps this
confirms other's experience.

I haven't been able to duplicate this... Have you found
anything that causes this to happen? Let me know if you
keep seeing it in newer releases, and we'll try to track it
down.
