#510 Horizontal Scroll Bar disappears in Definitions Pane

If you open the attached file in a Definitions Pane
that is too narrow to display the two wides lines in
this file, a horizontal scroll bar appears. If you
insert a newline (<Enter>) before MockFilterChain on
the first line, splitting the line, the horizontal
scroll bar disappears even though the third line of the
original file (now the fourth line) still spills over
the end of the screen.
