#2 Error message when try to go Preferences menu

I use eclispe 2.1.3 on Windows

I install try install tabAlert 1.1.0 and 1.2.0.

Nothing change always the same error (see file
attachement).

This plugin was developed and tested with Eclipse 3.0.
If anyone wants to work using Source code for Eclipse 2.1,
please let me know.
