Hi. Yes, glxinfo and Xorg.0.log both agree that DRI is enabled. Here is the output of glxgears with LIBGL_DEBUG=verbose: $ glxgears libGL: XF86DRIGetClientDriverName: 1.4.1 i915 (screen 0) libGL: OpenDriver: trying /home/degerhar/installed/Mesa-6.4.1/lib/i915_dri.so drmOpenByBusid: Searching for BusID pci:0000:00:02.0 drmOpenDevice: node name is /dev/dri/card0 drmOpenDevice: open result is 4, (OK) drmOpenByBusid: drmOpenMinor returns 4 drmOpenByBusid: drmGetBusid reports pci:0000:00:02.0 2554 frames in 5.0 seconds = 510.767 FPS 2755 frames in 5.0 seconds = 550.977 FPS 2754 frames in 5.0 seconds = 550.649 FPS Thanx for the help so far, any ideas on what to do next?
