Oh! Oh! Finally something I can speak of with authority! ui is version 3, expeted 4, means that parts or your pak tree are updated (as per a point release), but not all. The exec sets an expected version level for all pakfiles, and one or more are out of date. This was usually seen with early 1.16 and 1.24 point releases, as they were missing .paks. (1.16 had no pak1.pk3, and 1.24 had no pak3.pk3) Reapplying the point release just before the target, then reapplying the target PR should clear this up. If it doesn't, reply privately, as I'm sure most of the DRI list could care less. :)
