Dave Airlie alludes to the fact that nopfn is going to eventually be
removed from the kernel.
I pulled and guilt today's git. It looks like that change has
dropped. Linux kernel commit is 0d71d10a4252a3938e6b70189bc776171c02e076.
Reverting that seems to work cleanly.
Just a heads up, since I hit this build issue today!
