#76 Fog disabled in orthographic rendering


In orthographic rendering the W coordinate is always 1. Since fog uses the W component to compute its values, this means it is disabled. The fix is to use the Z coordinate for fog instead of W as allowed in Glide3. This will require splitting the Glide3 version of the Mesa driver from the Glide2 version.
