#419 Error on Alpha + Ati Rage 128

[drm:r128_freelist_get] *ERROR* returning NULL!

That's all i know so far

Plataform: Digital Server 3305
500 Mhz 21164a
Ati rage 128 pro 16 mb PCI
Linux Kernel 2.4.19pre3
Xfree86 4.20 compiled from the sources with -O -mcpu=ev5

Offending App: xscreensaver
Unfortunaltely, i,ve been unable to catch the problem
as it manifests itself overt the night
As soon as i get to find the offending algorithm, i'll
report.

Btw, the console hangs, but the kernel survives, so i'm
able to ssh into the machine and reboot it normally
