If you start Q3A, go to level Q3DM17, leave the arena, go back to Q3DM17 you'll see the texture under the rocket launcher is wrong. We appear to have the wrong texture loaded at that point in memory.
This and the glowing walls are definetly related to a the same bug in LOD blending. If I turn that off, the textures don\'t have any problem.
LOD blending was turned on for all textures by default, but the correct
state was not being set.
