 Currently we can only hook site commands for RNTO which would be fine, but
 say on a nuked dir, it would not remove the link if the dir is nuked, or
 archived using a plugin that calls inode.renameToUnchecked().  Should we
 think about hooking the rename/delete from the Inode side?
