#6 Active Toggles on ProfileSelectionFragment Profile List

The list of profiles displayed by the ProfileSelectionFragment should include a toggle or check-box next to each profile to allow them to be quickly enabled or disabled.
The toggles should be initialized with the current state of the profile, so that a user can quickly see which profiles are currently enabled.
