#13 from Mire: usability issue with scrolling

Scrolling the nick names. When I scroll the nicknames, not with the wheel but click on scroll slider hold it and move it down I find nick name I want from a list , I release the mouse (so the slider is released now) it doesnt show me where I wanted to be it just kocks me on some other part of the nick list. maybe it is because I hawe too many users (about 70) on chat.
