#7 DreamBoxEdit_Deutsch.chm not downloadable under Vista

DreamBoxEdit_Deutsch.chm does not show any information: I just get: 'Navigation to the webpage was canceled, What you can try: Retype the address.'

Weird ... I tried it and indeed it won't work as it should do. Tested again and what I found is: Vista marks it as "blocked" because it originates from another computer ??? If I right click the file and choose properties and then "unblock" it works again!

B.t.w., you need to install windows help from microsoft (backwards compatibility with XP) in Vista first.
