#6 Bad translation between ansi and utf8

Exporting 'All Bouquets in Excel readable format' will export certain services with strange characters: e.g. 'Super RTL' will become '†S‡uper† RTL‡'. Maybe a character encoding problem? Hyphenated characters are exported quite similar: 'WDR Köln' becomes 'WDR Köln'. However I do have no idea, what it might be. Neither Excel nor MS-Access offer a possibility to import that.

I do not know if this is the same as: Known bugs in version 3.00.00: Translation problem with Satcodx files: servicenames with special characters are not correctly translated (but can be editted by hand of course - but i do not think so: there are NO special characters in 'Super RTL'!

This should be reported as a bug on digsat.net. It has to do with the translation between ansi and utf8 characters. Within DreamBoxEdit (settings set to screen and back) this is handled OK but within the export function obviously not.
