#232 Setting constrain size in preferences does not constrain

2.0.1 beta 7 on Vista Home Premium SP2

In <preferences><audio/video options>, if you set a size to "constrain to", it looks like it applies on the main file (basic) screen but does not.

When you select an input file, the radio button for "constrain to" is selected but the "File size" estimated on the <Encode> pane does not reflect this, and does not encode to the specified constraint size. Looks like it may be using the <Quality> setting instead.

If you delete the constraint size from the "constrain to" textbox and add it back in again, it updates the "File size" estimation on the <Encode> pane as one would expect and encodes correctly.
