How do I start DRBL server without internet connection

Each time when I try to start DRBL server for cloning some PC, I have to run drbl4imp, the command needs internet connection, Is there any way I can start DRBL server without internet connection? Thanks for your help.

Try drblsrv-offline. There are some description on this URL:
http://drbl.org/installation/02-install-required-packages.php
(The description is for Fedora, but it's the same for Debian or Ubuntu)
