HEy here is my issue i have taken water over my head by telling my boss i could clone a computer at work the problem is the computer is really old and it has a SCSI drive on this drive there is some software that we need that has a really expensive license and we can't upgrade the computer with out sending it too this company and PAYING A LOT OF MONEY, so i kinda said i could clone it but it seemd more problematic , the computer is running Win Xp Pro on a Scsi 60 gb drive , after i cloned it the computer crashes right after Windows loading logo comes up , any ideas ?( the New SSD clone not the original drive) i could really use your help=)

Just want too add more info
I'm using an usb adapter to run the SSD drive , the ssd when works will be put in a new computer with new components,

What is the blue screen error message? Does it boot into safe mode?

MS Windows XP is not movable, which means, you have to make sure the hardware of destination machine is 100% the same with source one.
You might be able to install "sysprep" before you take an image, then restore the image or clone it to destination disk.
However, I am wondering if MS Windows XP works with SSD... I guess you have to install the driver before you clone it.

    Steven.
