I am attempting to push an SDC through NIC using Clonzilla SE. Everything is configured properly and the pc successfully boots from the NIC. However, once it pulls the IP, it starts the process of pushing the image then gets hung up and says the following:
(this is the last 2 lines, more before it. If it's needed let me know)

    [ 29.543182] [<ffffffff81cf3468>]</ffffffff81cf3468> x86_64_start_kernel+0xcd/0xdc
    [ 29.543246] ---[ end trace 0dcf09d940bb332b ]---

I am using ubuntu 12.04 LTS
    Memory: 11.7GiB
    Processor: Intel Xeon(R) CPU W3520 @ 2.67GHz x 4
    OS type 64-bit
    Disk 971.8GB

Any assistance with this will be much appreciated.

Looks like it's kernel oops. BTW, the Linux kernel on Ubuntu 12.04 is very old, so how about give newer Clonezilla live a try first? i.e. 2.4.6-25.
If it works, you can use this method to use it for Clonezilla SE:
    http://clonezilla.org/clonezilla-SE/use_clonezilla_live_in_drbl.php
