drbl-live-xfce-1.0.5-6-i486 on USB,I simply used "makeboot.bat" inside it.
Temporarily,I use drbl-live-xfce-1.0.2-46-i486, and older version. It doesn't have those problems however the clonezilla version is older, too.
The solutions I've tried for 1.0.5-6:
Using NTFS on USB stick
Using FAT on USB stick
Changing BIOS settings (OS is set to Windows Vista/7 and I've tried to change it Linux while I'm workin out)
Thanks.

Hi.
While I'm tryin to boot it from USB,in 6th or 7th seconds,I see this line and it stop continuing:
"Begin: Running /scripts/real-premount…. done"
This is the last line, then nothing happens. It just waits.I always have to use CTRL+Alt+Del to reboot.
Which version of Clonezilla live did you use?
How did you make such a bootable USB flash drive?
Steven.

Or you can try to use tuxboot (http://tuxboot.org) to make such a bootable USB flash drive.
