We have a need to install fresh ubuntu OS on the clients using pxe.
In simple words- Instead of using a ubuntu media, use pxe to install using iso that's mounted on to the drbl server.
Is it possible?

But it is still not clear how to do it from that description. The format of the "default" file is such that it seems to be asking for the "kernel" line, which I do not know how to form, the "appent initrd=" value, which mentions some.img file (still, not obvious where to get it and where to place it on the drbl server) and a link "inst.repo=", which is supposed to point to... a folder with which files?
I will keep reading, trying to understand it, but any help on how to create your own entry to install a specific version of a specific linux OS via netinstall would is appreciated.

The new link with some info on this seems to be https://drbl.org/faq/fine-print.php?path=./2_System/40_netinstall_with_kickstart.faq#40_netinstall_with_kickstart.faq

So did you try this command?
/usr/sbin/drbl-netinstall
(run it without any options and it will give you usage)
Any issue for that?
Or?
Thanks.
