Looking to move my Win 10 installation to a bigger SSD & am having a problem.
I DL'd the clonezilla-live-2.7.1-22-amd64.iso & used Rufus to create a bootable USB drive.
When going into BIOS, this drive shows with a exclamation point beside it & even if moving to the top of the boot order, will not boot from it.
Do I need to enable legacy boot until the job is done & then change back to UEFI when finished & have new SSD in place?

No, you should keep using uEFI mode in your BIOS setting otherwise the cloned disk won't boot since the original OS boots from uEFI mode.
Maybe give testing Clonezilla live a try? e.g., 2.7.2-27 or 20210505-hirsute?
