I was trying to create an image from a Dell Laptop Latitude 3440 but i got the 'FATAL ERROR: Failed to mount root filesystem' on the laptop, i've tried to re-install the network card driver and make sure it is the right driver but the problem still occur.
My environment as follows:
- DRBL live iso is mounted on one of the VM machine
- run in the same DHCP network ( never been an issue before, as i've dont imaging/cloning for many times using DRBL )
- Tried to use both DRBL live version 2.2.2-19 i686-pae and amd64 same issue for both.
Please help and let me know if you need more information to troubleshoot this.

It looks somehow the clients failed to mount the NFS service on DRBL server.
Did you check the system logs on DRBL server?
/var/log/daemon.log
or
/var/log/syslog
Maybe you can find some clues.
