but insert-file-fdos.sh say not enouth space to store the dir into the fdos-image. What can i do to have more space e.g. 15 MB for more bios-versions, tools or something else? Is there a solution?

Note!!! Remeber to use the command "unix2dos" to convert the batch file you want to insert, otherwise it may NOT run correctly in FreeDOS!
This program /opt/drbl/sbin/insert-file-fdos.sh will NOT do that for you!

Requested files space and Free space in image (kB): 5612, 1230
Requested files space too large, abort!
- and syslog say:
drbl kernel: FAT: utf8 is not a recommended IO charset for FAT filesystems, filesystem will be case sensitive!

You can find 2.88 MB freedos image here: http://www.fdos.org/bootdisks/
Just replace the 1.44 MB one with this.
Then rerun insert-file-fdos.sh to insert your files.
