Hi,
i use DRBL + CLonezilla Server since years.
Lately, when I try to restore 20 or 30 laptops (Clonezilla server broadcast), they boots very slow.
The 5 or 6 first laptops in power on, boot normaly by PXE.
But the next laptops, begin booting too slow. The grub screen menu not dissapear in more than a minute. After, I can see several messages about nfs not responding.... And the process complete take more than 15 minutes, but finally 19 o 20 laptops are restored.
I use anyway, using Wait-for-clients(20)+Time-to-wait(20 minutes).
But last year, i use DERBL with 30 laptops and more. Same server. Same switches and others. Cables ok.
Only differ de DRBL version.
I can see too a message in the server live, about no-free-leases. I dont understand why. The switch is not connected at any network in use. Only the server live, and the clients.
Thanks

Are you using the same clients? Or different types?
Is it's legacy BIOS (i.e. PXE booting( or uEFI mode (i.e. EFI network booting)?
As for no free leases, you can try to run the command:
sudo drbl-clean-dhcpd-leases
after one batch is done. However, the lease time in DRBL live is not too long, unless you start next batch in very short time.
