ultim has generously offered to step up and take over maintenance of drawtiming after a long period of inactivity on my part. It sounds like he/she has some excellent plans for moving the project forward. Please join me in welcoming ultim, and stay tuned for new developments.

Also, I am investigating a problem with dependency rendering in CentOS 5.0 -- expect a new release when I resolve this.
The following instructions may be of use if you are having trouble building or running under Cygwin. Here is my process for a recent successful build:
I started with a fresh, fully updated Windows 2000 virtual machine.
I downloaded the Cygwin installer from http://sources.redhat.com, and installed from ftp://mirrors.kernel.org, which gave me
cygwin (1.5.24-1) and utilities.
I also selected optional packages: ImageMagick (6.3.0.1-2), libMagick-devel, libbz2-devel (1.0.3-2), gcc-g++ (3.4.4-3), make (3.81-1), xorg-x11-devel (6.8.99.901-1) along with their dependencies. I did not have to select ghostscript in this case, but ghostscript-base 8.50-1 did get installed as a dependency.... read more
