#3 Support inverting signals and clock

I have a design where the clock is inverted at a few
places. There does not appear to be a way to get an
inverted clock. Also, it would be nice to be able to
designate a signal as the inverse of another. It would
also be nice to be able to use dual edge triggered clock.

I have thought it would be useful to be able to specify a
signal as a function of other signals. I think this would
address everything you mentioned except for the dual-edge
triggered clock.
