#10 Handle active low signal names

Some signal names are "active low". It would be great to have a simple way to indicate that a signal is active low and render the text with a bar on top. A quick fix is to allow the simple forward slash character '/' as the first character in the filename - "/FOO" for example. Having the tool generate timing diagrams with just adding the slash to the signal name is good enough to get the point across. A more ambitious implementation would parse the slash and generate the signal name with a bar on top.
