Getting Better in Every Way

Here at Drauger OS Development, we know that we can't just rely on all the Google Forms we have been using for forever. Eventually, we will have to move on to something more professional, and secure. It has come to public attention that Google tracks it's users in one way or another. Due to this, we have been reluctant to have to keep using Google Forms. However, we have continued using Google Forms due to it's rapid load times, ease of configurability, and ease of integration. However, soon, this will all change.

In the coming days, the Bug Report / Feature Request Google Form on our website will be removed, and replaced with a new, open-sourced, ticket based system. This being said, the "Tickets" and "Wiki" tabs on our page will be removed once our new system is up. Hopefully, this process will help to decrease our reliance on both Google and SourceForge.

In this light, we would like to add that, due to hosting limitations, we will remain on SourceForge for a long time to come. However, our apt servers (which are still a work in progress but are getting there), ticket system, documentation, support, and more, will all be available via our website.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause in the coming days, and appreciate your patience in working with us.

Sincerely,
Thomas Castleman
