I tried to modify CSS com_polls.

There is still table element, but I guess that table
tags are used as strict html.

anyway, please check it.

    I have finalized all the polls changes in the trunk with
    updates to CSS model. It is ready for testing and has been
    tested using 3 different polls locally for both the
    component and module. In IE6 and firefox.

    There are still some tables however I have cleaned them out
    as much as I can. It makes sense in some cases to use them
    (especially so you don't have to do so many CSS Hacks) :)
