Details follow

* First. As my characteristics of translating the words and sentences are translated with the sense of "easy to understand what it does and says".
Thats why some of resources dosent matches via one by one dictionary search. Language is living thing :)
And also depending on same characreristics some of words (suffix, upload, download, web site etc.) didnt modified cos alsoTurkish people using these words and don know the real (official) equivalents. I've tried to translate gut give up in the middle of process. I'll edit some backwards in second release.

* Just the first release. Approx %1 of resources not translated cos of avoiding a misunderstanding.

* Translation complete but most of the translation didnt checked live on interface (fits reserved spaces or not).

* While in repair process the "admin/components/registration.php" has been removed automaticly. The installation is clean and used just for tranlate. So why? Dont know...
The report of interface

* Didnt have trouble to handle the grammar difference between Turkish and English but had to use punchtuation (used :) in just a few resources.
And also some puntuations needed to meet cultural differences between two languages.

I know I know this is not good. Not good because of duplicates hunting process that can cause invalid usages in duplicate hunt. I know it well I've translated lot.
The sentences (att. to "sentences") that I use can not be hunted in duplicate process. Cos these are sentences not words like "email, send, cancel etc".

And I know well that parametrizing the sources too much causes translation much more difficult thats why I didnt need cos if everyone needs translation source of drake will return to a bloat and I dont want this.

I've handled a lots of translating between ent and tr and I can easly handle these with playing over sentences without any meaning loss.
I do not need now but maybe some parametrizing will be need when checking translating on interface.
(save my rights for that :))

* I'll ask for some resources (not translated) for finding the real and correct meaning and discuss itin the forums.

Regards and thanks to all developers.
Turkish translation will continue to move with Drakes stes.

    1) OK. Just be sure to not use meanings which are not intended in the English version, and to not translate terms like "drabots" and "Drake CMS"

    2) I hope we will be able to clear those misunderstandings

    3) OK. Some spaces might be extended if needed and if not breaking something else, please eventually tell us

    4) there was a missing reference in en/language.xml, now fixed (in SVN)

    5) we are instead wanting some more parametrization because other languages might take benefit from that. If you also found duplicates in the English language resources, please tell us!

    6) OK!

Excellent work up to now; now that v0.4.3 is going to be released, can you synchronize the language resources to it? I have put the language resources you submitted here on SVN; please get the latest SVN tarball from http://drakecms.sourceforge.net/services/public/ and synchronize the language resources using that version of Drake CMS.

    Thank you!
