I have replicated this bug when using Gladius Database.

How to replicate:

1) Login to drake cms
2) Go to the site created by default by drake cms
3) Go to FAQ
4) Click on "Submit new FAQ"
5) Select a category and put something like test question for the question field
6) Click on submit new faq
7) The following error will come up:

=Error hash=

=Previous page=
index.php?option=faq&task=new&Itemid=48
=Current page=
index.php?option=faq
