#24 RSS Notification

On my current project we've used Draco for continuous
build but were unable to use email notifications
(infrastructure guys wouldn't give SMTP external
access). So we wrote an RSS notifier for Draco which
writes build messages to an RSS file and we run an RSS
viewer to get notifications.

We used the RSS.Net project from Sourceforge for RSS
file facilities.

Please advise if you would like a source code patch for
this feature.
