#16 Build Reports / plugability

Somebody recently asked me if Draco.NET produces a
report of the number of successful/unsuccessful builds
that have occured over a period of time. This might be
nice functionality, but it might also be worth putting this
outside of Draco.NET and using some pluggability
architecture to allow this. Draco.NET needs to remain
slick and clean. Having pluggability could also help
Draco's popularity too.
