#44 DracoGUI client exe does not refresh projects correctly

DracoGUI client exe does not refresh projects correctly.

If you rename a project and save the Draco.builds.config
file, the service re-initializes correctly, but the DracoGUI
client exe does not remove the old project. Attempting
to right-click on the project produces an exception.

A work-around is to exit the DracoGUI program and re-
run it.

The problem resides in the fact that the gui does refresh
the builds visually when the service "recycles" itself, but
it does not really "get" the new configuration from the
server. I made a little UNTESTED patch, because I don't
really have a test environment for the moment.
