#27 Notifications not running independently of one another

Notifications not running independently of one another.
Right now if one notification fails it causes other
notifications to fail to execute. Should allow each one
to fail separately and continue to attempt notification.

One other thing I've spotted while I'm on - I'm testing
the beta on my laptop which doesn't always have mail
server connectivity. After each build the email
notification throws an exception, which is recorded in
the log as you'd expect. However, I'm also trying to log
the build results to a file but the exception in the email
notification is preventing any further notifications from
being carried out. Can the notification exception
handling be moved to the individual notification classes
so that all the notifications can be attempted?
