 1. REQUIREMENTS

    Dr00l IRC Bot doesn't have a lot of requirements, but we do require some
    small things in order to run the bot correctly.

    * Any OS which supports PHP
    * PHP version 5.4 or later
    * At least 512 MB RAM memory
    * The php_mysqli extension to be loaded
    * A MySQL database
