"After January 12, 2016, only the most recent version of Internet
Explorer available for a supported operating system will receive
technical support and security updates."

That means that by January 2016, we either need to get DQSD to work
without dependence on Internet Explorer or so that it's fully capable of
installing and working in IE 11-12.
