After installing dsqdn I can't choose my DSQD ToolBar (This one is not proposed). It seems that the installation has failed

There seems to be some problem with DQSD on Windows 7, but we haven't been
able to follow up on it. One of our users has posted detailed installation
steps that he claims works for him, you might want to try:
