Category: None Group: None Status: Closed Resolution: Fixed Priority: 5 Private: No Submitted By: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Assigned to: Glenn Carr (glenncarr) Summary: filespec not matched correctly Initial Comment: When the directory of searches is searched for *.xml files, it also matches files with *.xml* filenames. For example - one of the search xml files could be renamed to .xml_sav, and it would still be discovered and loaded by the toolbar ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Date: 2012-08-27 03:02 Message: I absolutely love your blog and find many of your post's to be precisely what I'm looking for. can you offer guest writers to write content available for you? I wouldn't mind creating a post or elaborating on a lot of the subjects you write regarding here. Again, awesome blog! http://www.bestdenalijackets4u.com/ ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Glenn Carr (glenncarr) Date: 2002-05-12 21:56 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=18127 So FindFirstFile/FindNextFile don't work as expected always according to the docs because they also test for matches to the 8.3 version of a name. So, that appears to be the reason that the "*.xml" pattern was matching whatever.xml_sav. I changed the loader.js script to also test for a match, which is a hack, but it works. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Glenn Carr (glenncarr) Date: 2002-05-10 07:26 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=18127 The new dll is causing some weird errors. Need to investigate. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Glenn Carr (glenncarr) Date: 2002-05-09 15:45 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=18127 Attached is the updated DQSDTools.dll. Download it, regsvr32 it, and logoff/logon to try it. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Glenn Carr (glenncarr) Date: 2002-05-09 15:40 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=18127 I think I've fixed this. FindFirstFile doesn't appear to work, but I'm probably using it incorrectly. Made a change to test each file found with PathMatchSpec. FindFirstFile doesn't appear to work, but I'm probably using it incorrectly. Made a change to test each file found with PathMatchSpec. If someone wants to check this out and apply a better fix, please do. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=432066&aid=553269&group_id=42081 |
