#24 accentuated characters in localaliases

Here I come again mith my accents. :)

If I set the following in localaliases.txt:

ciné|acine 69002 /zip:21

the "ciné" alias does appear in the about box, it does
act correctly if I type "ciné?" or "?ciné", but typing "ciné"
will just take me to DQSD's default search for "ciné".

In itself, not being allowed to use accentuated
characters doesn't bother me, but if this can't be
corrected, it should be prevented from appearing in the
qsfind boxes.
