#131 Vista and auto-hide taskbar

On Vista machines with auto-hiding taskbar at bottom, the DQSD area cannot be used to 'unhide' the taskbar. That is, you normally move the mouse to the bottom of the screen to bring up the start button and taskbar. Doesn't respond if you mouse down into the dqsd search area. (Vista only).
